Today, staying young in mind, body and spirit is a life choice. At Southwest Age Intervention Institute, our evidence-based, multi-dimensional medical approach to age management begins with our Executive Health Evaluation, an in-depth diagnostic assessment of your current level of function and well-being.
Our mission is to help you slow your body clock with a comprehensive proactive program that addresses every aspect of your health, including:
Dr. Rosenstein will personally review your results and design an individualized treatment plan for your specific needs. Follow-up sessions, including blood work and a body composition scan, at appropriate intervals will ensure your continual progress in achieving your goals.
Prior to your Executive Health Evaluation, you will complete a Comprehensive Health Questionnaire and Personal Profile. This information will help us learn as much as possible about you, your concerns, issues and expectations. At your scheduled evaluation, expect to spend 7-8 hours participating in an extensive diagnostic work-up that includes lunch and a 90-minute private consultation with Dr. Rosenstein.
Your appointment will include:

Through the Executive Health Evaluation, Dr. Rosenstein is able to customize your program to your particular needs, goals and health concerns. As blood work is repeated, Dr. Rosenstein is able to monitor hormone levels to ensure you achieve the best results and benefits possible.
